Bosworth Students Shine with Stellar Grades

This morning, Bosworth Academy Sixth Form students and staff were over the moon with a brilliant set of A-level and AS-level grades.

“Congratulations to all our students who received their A/AS examination results today.

This year’s results are a testament to the strength and determination of our students. They have shown incredible perseverance and deserve every accolade.

This summer, exam boards marked and graded students’ work rigorously. Our students have surpassed expectations with remarkable exam results and have secured many places at prestigious universities, including Oxbridge, and Russell Group institutions. Record numbers of students have achieved A*/A grades. Some students overcame significant personal challenges to still achieve excellent grades through their resilience and exceptional hard work.

At Bosworth Academy, we emphasise innovative teaching strategies and robust support systems, which are key factors in our students’ success. I’d like to thank our staff for their continued dedication and excellent teaching.

We are all immensely proud of our students and their commitment to excellence. Importantly, many of them have been deeply committed to supporting younger students and making a positive difference in our wider community. We are excited to see them embark on the next chapter of their academic journey or chosen profession and wish them all great success.”

Simon Brown, Headteacher

“This year as exams returned to the pre-pandemic tried and tested arrangements for exams we are incredibly impressed by the effort, commitment and resilience shown by students at both AS and A Level. They have achieved some very impressive results and I am confident the skills and qualities they have developed during their time with us will support them in their next steps, both in the world of education and beyond. Their grades will help many of them to confirm their places at university or on an apprenticeship, and I am pleased by the growing number of students who have secured places on degree apprenticeships with some very prestigious companies. This year we are seeing far more students opt for this pathway than ever before.

Student success is not just down to the students themselves, but what is also important is the support provided by teachers, parents and carers and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for their contribution. We look forward to seeing where the future takes them and hope that many will join our alumni programme to inspire future students.”
